    Julien G.Szantaruk

Julien is the rock at Woolly Dream. His history in graphic design and photography makes him an admin power house. Just make sure you have 15 tons of coffee on standby to get him through his day. Julien is incredibly nostalgic and a fanatic of Stallone and Schwarzenegger. After more than a hundred times (true fact), he is still ready for tears in front of ‘Good Will Hunting’.

Being a connoisseur of lenses and camera, Julien takes the lead in the visual department. Thorough with every aspect of image language, he will not stop until finding the right frame, color, texture and depth of his shot.

If Julien was a movie character he would be Sulley, who is hardworking, at the top of his game. He is the headstrong humble guy you can rely on, who takes the initiative to save the day.

    Ciaran Parsons

Ciaran, who is the pure root of his island, part English, part Scottish, he is still divided between his national sporting loyalties but not his passion to get into the debate, which led logically to storytelling. Being the son of an electrician his destiny was written but he shocked himself and turned to film production.

Following his award winning film, Ciaran joined the Arts University of Bournemouth and studied film production. Using his streetwise nature and lust for spread-sheets, he confirmed his position as ‘that guy’ who organizes then gives the orders on set.

Today Ciaran has harmony, bringing to life his stories at Woolly Dream productions.

If Ciaran was a movie character, he would be Sheriff Woody, leading the path with his witty charm into the next adventure. He is not afraid of the mission, forming new friendships along the way, seeing the team as his family.

    Yann C.Selakovitch

Son of a bee keeper and a science fiction writer, Yann grew up surrounded by nature and animals, giving him a foolproof sensitivity. We call him the horse whisperer, because he was able to tame his first foal at 8 years old but not without a few bruises. With degrees in film, art history and social Anthropology he is still figuring out how to cook a decent french dinner.

Yann’s obsession with creating universes went beyond writing novels and crafting fantasy board games and spilled into handheld film directing. He is a storyteller and a designer of his worlds.

If Yann was a movie character he would be Wall-E, a handy and sensitive little guy who can achieve big things with just a couple of tools. He is the fixer and go to technician with a deep affinity for nostalgia and old movies. With a big heart and a lot of love he is ready to do anything to accomplish the dream of the Woolly team.

    Gunce Ates

Gunce’s father was a sailor, when back from his voyages he would tell her stories of his adventures; sparking her imagination for her own storytelling and her ambition to be a lion tamer. When five years old she traded her birthday gifts (a box of bubblegum) for pocket money whilst keeping the stickers for herself.

Naturally, she progressed into Turkey’s popular soap operas, and studied acting and cinema in secret at the local University. When producing, she earned a reputation as that quirky can-do on set ball of energy assisting a range of award winning projects including Canadian documentary ‘Softwaring Hard’.

Her passion for the action-packed pace of film production was originally ignited whilst working for F1 and WRC. Consequently her attention to details, planning skills and business-savvy approach became a vital necessity to Woolly Dream.

If Gunce was a character, she would be Moana, always ready for adventures, strong-willed and sensible with great pride in what she does. She excels in new challenges and never backs away.
